Vale Oscar (Ossie) Pomroy NX202915

Ossie's son has notified that Ossie passed away on the 31st January, 2015 at Coffs Harbour at the age of 90 after a long illness.

Ossie was born on the 15th February, 1924 and enlisted at Lismore NSW on the 12th January, 1944.  He was discharged on the 18th September, 1946 having served in B Troop 2/10 Commando Squadron.  On discharge Ossie had achieved the rank of Warrant Officer Class 2.   Post war Ossie served in the NSW Police Force rising to the rank of Chief Inspector.

Trevor Limb passed away peacefully in his sleep on 7th August 2014

A Memorial Service for Trevor was held at the Queenscliff RSL at 2 pm on Wednesday, 20th August, 2014.   The family have given their permission for the Service Booklet to be posted on the website.   This gives a detailed account of Trevor's personal life and of his Service History.  It can be viewed here.

Vale William James Gray
Passed away on 6/8/2013, aged 88 years.
We were informed of the loss by his daughter Dot Robertson, his funeral was held on Aug 15th.

Vale John Matthew (Shorty) Corbett

John Matthew Corbett passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at 15:20 on 16/April/2013 at Ringwood Private Hospital, Victoria.

Love, thoughts and Prayers are with his family and all those who loved him.

He was a real inspiration to many and will be sadly missed.

The funeral of the late Cpl. John Matthew (Shorty) Corbett was held on

Wednesday April 24th  at 1430 hours at

Allison Monkhouse Funeral Directors,

corner of Stud Road and Burwood Highway,
